These mainly come from underground streams. People who live in coastal regions get more of these as underground streams tend to concentrate the closer one gets to the coast. All underground streams eventually flow into the ocean.

Sleeping over them or spending a lot of time over them as in your special chair when you are watching TV for 3-6 hours a day, one can get a lot of underground radiation exposure that way. If you have a job where you sit or stand in one position through the day or if you are exposed to underground radiation at that time, then exposure can be high. Radiation from motor car engines can give a lot of exposure to electrical radiation if one does a lot of driving. In the car, this may contribute to drowsiness while driving.

Negative radiations from within a house or a land area where there had been in the past high levels of fear or other negative emotions such as hate or anxiety. For example, if in a bedroom there had been a death from disease or perhaps even murder, that area could be very high in negative radiation still there from that situation hanging on for many years.
